We were pleasantly upgraded to a beautiful room after encountering an issue with our initial double room reservation booked at $179.

The room was exceptionally nice, included hypo-allergenic pillows. The location was favourable and great, the staff were very very helpful.

The hotel had exceptionally comfortable rooms with everything I needed like a shower, hairdryer, and bath sheets. the location in the middle of Jackson was fantastic, close to Herbario Cuvc. - I really liked the city and the hotel, I will definitely come back.

Everything was spot on.

the service was exceptional, as the staff were attentive to my every need. the Spa center was amazing, where I was able to relax in the Sauna, Jacuzzi, and enjoy a range of treatments. the Sun terrace also provided a picturesque view of the city, which made the stay even more enjoyable.

the special diet menus were still very delicious and the dinner and In, room breakfast options were still of high quality.

Spent my Christmas vacation at this hotel, and it had some great features. the hotel is situated in a fantastic location, with easy access to important tourist sites. the rooms are equipped with comfortable beds and clean linens. One of the best things about this hotel was the festive atmosphere during the Christmas holiday. the staff organized holiday activities, and it was great fun for everyone. Another advantage was the affordable cost; it was great value for money.

The price was affordable and it was located right in the heart of the city, close to everything. The staff had a good attitude and were friendly. The room was clean and tidy.

The parking area was really small and it took us forever to find a spot. There were no vegan options available during breakfast and the hand sanitizing stations were all damaged.
